focuses on regulatory matters affecting Linklaters’ clients in the electricity industry before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She routinely advises clients in matters concerning wholesale electricity market rules, generator interconnections, enforcement investigations regarding alleged market manipulation, qualifying facilities, market-based rates, transfers of FERC-jurisdictional assets and other issues involving the Federal Power Act and the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA). Diana advises clients in relation to ISO/RTO market rules and generator interconnection matters arising in CAISO, PJM, MISO, NYISO, SPP and other territories, as well as representing clients in numerous related FERC proceedings.
