About Etiënne Courbois

Etiënne Courbois is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group at CMS Amsterdam. He advises both lenders and borrowers on domestic and multi-jurisdictional (debt) finance transactions, with a focus on syndicated lending (investment grade, real estate and project finance). Etiënne also regularly advises on debt restructurings and aspects of Dutch insolvency law.
