Friedrich Ludwig Hausmann
is a partner and head of public procurement (Germany) who focuses on public procurement, privatisation and PPP, as well as on antitrust, competition and trade. He represents clients before the German procurement review bodies, the competition authorities and national and European courts. Friedrich's experience includes advising national and international public contractors and utilities on the planning and design of procurement procedures for PPP and infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, water and waste management, transport and healthcare. Friedrich is a member of the Public Procurement Law Committee at the German Bar Association and the Expert Board at the State of Berlin Chamber of Lawyers, responsible for awarding the title of Specialist Lawyer for Public Procurement Law.
