Victor Mound is an associate with experience in data protection, intellectual property and information technology. He has advised across the technology, life sciences and entertainment sectors. Prior to joining the legal profession, Victor worked as a privacy analyst for a FTSE250 company, where he helped roll out processes, policies and training to foster GDPR compliance. Examples of Victor’s commercial and data privacy work include advising on data breach management responses (including notifying relevant regulators); advising on differential privacy techniques for datasets used to train generative AI models; and advising on data protection impact assessments for know-your-customer processes.
