Representative transactions that Cole advises on include: leveraged platform acquisitions and platform divestitures for private equity funds; add-on acquisitions; independent sponsor, management and other minority representation in M&A transactions; and general representation of private companies, including corporate governance, securities matters, and negotiation of other complex business agreements.
