About Katarzyna Wieczorek

Katarzyna Wieczorek is an associate in the Warsaw employment practice and a holder of a PhD in employment law from the University of Warsaw. Her main field of expertise is employment law and European law. She has participated in legal due diligence projects in the field of employment and was involved in many projects concerning individual labour law issues such as employee termination, mobbing cases, drafting employment contracts, remuneration and bonus regulations, or determination of the existence of an employment relationship. Katarzyna has experience in supporting a global mobility team covering work and residence permits for employees from outside the EU.
