About Łukasz Burakowski

Łukasz Burakowski is a Polish-qualified lawyer at Linklaters. He specialises in labour law, which includes, among other things, employee transfer issues, preparation and negotiation of labour law documents, employment consultancy (including key personnel), implementation of HR regulations and policies, and the establishment of employee pension schemes and employee capital plans. He has also participated in the establishment of Societas Europaea in the scope of employee engagement. In addition, he has extensive experience in due diligence processes regarding the analysis of all types of legal and employment documents.
