About Christian Piroutek

Christian Piroutek is professor of private business law at Stralsund University of Applied Sciences and works as an in-house dispute resolution consultant at CMS Stuttgart, where he previously practised as a lawyer. His research focuses on collective redress, arbitration, and the legal implications of digitalisation. Christian joined CMS in 2015 and became a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London in 2020.
