Dr Markus Schöner
heads CMS Germany's competition and EU group and advises and represents clients in complex competition law cases, including compliance matters, dawn raids, cartels, self-assessments for co-operations and vertical agreements, abuse of market power cases and merger control proceedings. He is highly experienced in defending clients in competition proceedings, in particular by the Bundeskartellamt. Markus is admitted to the German Bar and has extensive courtroom experience. He is a frequent author and speaker on competition law topics.
