Emeline Elbaz-Mondeux is a counsel in CMS Monaco’s business law team. With over 25 years of experience, Emeline successfully handles both contentious and non-contentious matters pertaining to all aspects of business, corporate and commercial law. The scope of her expertise includes complex international, domestic and cross-border litigation.
