About Thomas Lennarz

Thomas Lennarz has been a partner at CMS Germany since 2012 and is the head of its dispute resolution group. He also leads CMS’ collective redress unit, the Smart Litigation Unit. Thomas has extensive expertise in the cost-efficient, technology-based legal management of class actions and other large-scale disputes. He is the lead partner in two of the largest mass litigation cases in Germany to date. Thomas also has extensive professional experience in all areas of dispute resolution and is frequently appointed as an arbitrator. His work is regularly recognised by leading publications and in peer reviews.
