About Donata von Enzberg

Donata von Enzberg co-heads the international arbitration group at Taylor Wessing. She advises and represents companies in complex national and international arbitration proceedings, often in connection with product liability matters. She is a founding member of the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) expert committee “Legal Aspects of Additive Manufacturing”. Since December 2021, Donata has been a member of the board of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). She has been repeatedly recognised as a leading arbitration lawyer and product liability expert in Germany.
