About Philipp Behrendt

Philipp Behrendt has headed the disputes and investigations practice group at Taylor Wessing Germany since 2017. He focuses on commercial and product liability disputes before German courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as providing advice on product safety matters. He also deals with international legal procedures, especially in the USA, in which he advises clients on procedural strategies, co-ordinates international legal teams, works on establishing the factual basis of claims and handles pre-trial discovery. Philipp is a member of the invitation-only International Association of Defence Counsel (IADC) and frequently publishes articles on dispute resolution topics in Germany.
