About Julia Sophia Habbe

Julia Sophia Habbe is a partner at White & Case, where she is part of the firm’s global white-collar/investigations practice and head of investigations (Germany). Before joining White & Case, Julia Sophia was co-head of Noerr’s compliance and investigations practice. She has extensive experience in complex regulatory, criminal and internal investigations and advises on process and crisis management in their aftermath. Her focus includes complex cross-border ESG compliance investigations concerning diversity and inclusion. Julia Sophia advises on corporate and capital markets law issues, including handling legal disputes before supervisory authorities and courts. A member of Deutscher Anwaltverein’s commercial law committee, she publishes articles on corporate, capital markets and civil procedure law.
