He focuses his practice on representing clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, zoning and land use matters, development and permitting processes, architectural and construction contracts, workouts and dispositions. He also works with owners and lenders to develop and implement financing workouts and restructures of real estate loans. Ed lectures frequently at seminars in New York and Massachusetts on a variety of real estate development topics. His articles have appeared in numerous publications, including the Boston Bar Journal and New England Real Estate Journal.
