is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig focusing his practice on real estate matters, including finance, restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He represents public and private developers, contractors, and lenders in the creation, development, and financing of mixed-use and urban real estate projects. James is experienced in public-private and transit-oriented development projects and drafted the legislation to facilitate the financing of public infrastructure for economic development projects, including Chapter 40Q of the General Laws entitled 'District Improvement Financing' and The Massachusetts Infrastructure Investment Incentive (I-Cubed) Program. He is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Housing & Shelter Alliance.
