is an associate at Greenberg Traurig in the corporate, emerging technology, and gaming law practice groups. He focuses his practice primarily on emerging company and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance issues, primarily representing private companies and investors. In addition, Preston advises clients in the gaming industry on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Prior to private practice, Preston served as the associate counsel to a major sports gaming company primarily working on corporate and commercial transactions. Preston previously published an article in the ABA’s Entertainment and Sports Lawyer and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
