Brady McShane focuses his practice on securing land use entitlements for controversial and complex real estate development projects in Colorado and California. Brady advises clients on political, regulatory, and environmental issues involved in developing property, including securing land use approvals, regulatory permits and environmental clearance from government agencies, directing public policy and government relations strategies, and counseling clients on land use issues pertaining to the acquisition, disposition and financing of properties.
