With over 25 years’ experience, he represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and creditors in complex trust and estate litigation, including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and probate-related claims. Known for practical strategies and creative solutions, Mark combines deep legal expertise with a commitment to client needs. When resolution is not possible, he is a steadfast advocate in court and arbitration. Mark also advises on creditor claims, bankruptcy, and receivership matters, and authors the Bankruptcy Practice Chapter of the Washington Lawyer’s Practice Manual.
