About Francisca Levin

Francisca Levin is a partner and head of Cuatrecasas’ Competition & Foreign Investment (FDI) practice in Chile. She is the former head of Mergers at the Chilean Competition Agency (FNE). In 2021, she was appointed to the Women’s Board of Experts on Antitrust of the Bar Association of Chile. Francisca holds an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London, and an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics. She also lectures on regulation and competition at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and Universidad de los Andes.
