About Jaime Juan Rodríguez

Jaime Juan Rodríguez is a principal associate at Cuatrecasas and provides legal advice on DCM, securitisation and derivatives. He advises originators, arrangers and rating agencies on public and private securitisations. His expertise in derivatives extends to ISDA and CMOF standards, as well as bespoke formats for electricity PPAs. Jaime Juan is admitted to practice in Spain as a member of the Madrid Bar (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid) and is an adjunct professor in undergraduate law programmes on private law (civil law).
