About Jaime de la Torre

Jaime de la Torre is a partner at Cuatrecasas. He advises private and public entities on a range of capital markets transactions, including public and private placings, domestic and international debt issuances, high-yield bonds and direct lending. He also regularly advises on the acquisition of distressed debt and non-performing loan portfolios. Jaime is admitted to practise as a lawyer in Spain (as a member of the Madrid Bar (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid)) and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He lectures on postgraduate and specialisation courses at several universities, including ESADE, CUNEF, the IEB and CEU San Pablo.
