About María Paz Dulanto

María Paz Dulanto specialises in competition law, with extensive experience in merger control and competition-related investigations. She joined Cuatrecasas in August 2025. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years as a lawyer in the Merger Division of the Chilean Competition Agency (FNE), where she was involved in the review of numerous merger notifications, including high-profile cases. This experience provides her with valuable insight into the authority’s approach to merger control in Chile. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor in Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
