Francisco Martínez Iglesias
is a partner in the corporate and M&A department, and a member of the private equity team. His areas of expertise include company law, M&A and private equity, from the perspective of acquiring holdings in funds as well as fund-raising, as one of the partners in charge of the structuring and establishment of private equity vehicles group. Francisco specialises in private equity, an area in which he has amassed extensive experience in all traditional areas, and is a leading individual in the area of fund-raising. He has also been involved in a great number of M&A transactions and reorganisations across a wide range of industries and structures, and serves as board secretary to numerous companies and multinational groups. Francisco, who regularly publishes articles related to the practice of fund formation, lectures at Centro de Estudios de Garrigues and Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
