About Bonnie Martin

Bonnie Martin is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins, who routinely defends employers in state and federal courts against claims concerning breach of contract, Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, background checks, equal pay and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as harassment, discrimination and retaliation. She also focuses on management training, counselling, and all facets of workplace investigations. Bonnie is a regular presenter for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, in addition to being a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
