About Bonnie Martin

Bonnie Martin is a shareholder in Ogletree Deakins who routinely defends employers in state and federal courts against claims concerning breach of contract, Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, background checks under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, equal pay, the Fair Labor Standards Act, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also focuses on management training, counselling, and all facets of workplace investigations. Bonnie is a regular presenter for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and the Indiana chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, as well as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
