About Ken Siepman

Ken Siepman is a shareholder in Ogletree Deakins, where he assists employers with Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Title VII and National Labor Relations Act matters. Ken also represents administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Department of Labor. He focuses on litigation avoidance and training on labour laws, hiring/interviewing, employee terminations, workplace harassment/discrimination, and positive employee relations. Ken is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a frequent author and presenter for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
