Ken Siepman
is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins, where he assists employers with Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Title VII, and National Labor Relations Act matters. Ken also represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. He focuses on litigation avoidance and training on hiring and firing, workplace harassment/discrimination, and positive employee relations.
