About Justin Allen

Justin Allen is a shareholder at Ogletree Deakins and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and employment law, with a particular emphasis on non-competition and non-solicitation claims, trade secret misappropriation, and other forms of unfair competition. Justin devotes much of his daily practice to helping employers draft, defend and navigate restrictive covenants agreements and protections for confidential information.
