About Todd Kaiser

Todd Kaiser concentrates his practice at Ogletree Deakins on state and federal court litigation, class action defence, commercial litigation and employment law. He represents clients in lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving employment contracts, non-competition/trade secret disputes, commercial disputes, class-action litigation, equal employment opportunity claims, Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes. Todd has successfully tried more than a dozen cases to verdict and judgment. He has arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and mediated more than 200 cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, AAA, FINRA, magistrate judges and private mediators.
