is a lawyer in the Subsoil Use Department (Almaty) practising in the mining and oil & gas spheres. He has experience in advising international clients on issues related to subsoil use, transactions on acquisition of subsoil use assets in Kazakhstan and regulated procurements. Prior to joining GRATA in November 2015, Mikhail gained some experience as a paralegal in a Kazakh second-level bank, Adilet Mediation Centre and a Kazakhstani law firm. He is a member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association. His published work includes "New Opportunities For Investors: Obtaining Subsoil Use Right For Hydrocarbons Through Auctions".
