About Darryl G. McCallum

Darryl G. McCallum is a partner at Shawe Rosenthal and concentrates his practice on employment law matters, including the defense of discrimination and harassment claims, and claims involving wrongful discharge. A certified Title IX investigator, Darryl routinely advises employers on human resources issues. He is a board member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland and serves on its personnel committee – having previously served on the board of the Maryland Hotel and Lodging Association. Darryl is a member of the National Employment Law Council and a former chair of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section Council.
