About Lindsey A. White

Lindsey A. White is a partner at Shawe Rosenthal and an experienced litigator representing management in employment cases in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. She advises companies on a wide range of personnel issues, including reasonable accommodations, employee discipline, and termination of employment. Lindsey provides a wide range of employment training to management and employees. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association and also the management-side conference planning chair for the American Bar Association’s National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment.
