About Veronica Welsh

Veronica Welsh is a partner at Shawe Rosenthal LLP, who defends employers in federal and state courts ‒ and before administrative agencies ‒ against claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. She has defended companies against contract and tort claims as well. Her practice also involves providing advice and counsel, conducting workplace investigations and trainings, and drafting and reviewing handbook policies, agreements and employment documents. Veronica is a DC Office of Human Rights certified sexual harassment trainer and has served on the boards of the Ballet Theater of Maryland and LIGHT Health and Wellness.
