About Michalis Kramvis

Michalis Kramvis is a partner and head of the corporate department at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC. He obtained his LLB from Warwick University (UK) and his postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law from University College London (UCL), before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004. Michalis has extensive experience in acting for Cypriot credit institutions and for both local and multinational corporate groups having a presence in Cyprus. He has been actively involved in notable M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, often involving the implementation of schemes of arrangement, and the listing of companies with the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
