About Thalia Kaoutzani

Thalia Kaoutzani has been an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2003. She obtained her LLB from the University of Bristol, completed the BVC at Inns of Court School of Law (Inner Temple) and obtained her LLM from University College London (UCL). Thalia has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Cyprus and District Courts, in numerous cases regarding novel points of law relating to banking matters, as well as personal injury claims and claims relating to medical negligence and accidents in the course of employment. She is a founding Member of the Cyprus Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FIL).
