About David Elder

David Elder joined Hartzog Conger Cason in autumn 2005 and is a partner in the litigation section. Since joining the firm, David has successfully tried to verdict numerous complex commercial matters in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, Texas, California, Kansas, Colorado, and Arkansas, and has litigated complex arbitration matters pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. He has argued before state appellate courts in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas, and the US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits. David is a member of the Bar in Oklahoma, Texas, and the District of Columbia.
