About Matthew W. Brockman

Matthew W. Brockman is a partner in the litigation group at Hartzog Conger Cason. He has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, including oil and gas litigation, business litigation, appellate practice, bankruptcy (creditors’ rights), intellectual property, tax, and trust and estate litigation. He has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and Colorado. Matthew also has extensive additional experience in complex AAA arbitration, e-discovery-intensive matters, and appellate practice. Matthew has argued before state appellate courts in Oklahoma and Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeal for the 5th Circuit.
