About Michael Whaley

Michael Whaley is a partner in the litigation group at Hartzog Conger Cason. He represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business litigation, oil and gas litigation, and commercial real estate litigation. Michael’s practice has included all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, where he has successfully tried cases to verdict as well handling appeals before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
