About Bernardo Massella Ducci Teri

Bernardo Massella Ducci Teri of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton focuses his practice on a combination of Italian and EU contentious and advisory financial regulatory matters and domestic and cross-border crisis management (regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, white-collar and commercial litigation) involving financial institutions and clients in other sectors. He joined the firm in 2009. In 2016 and 2017, he was resident in the Washington, DC office and from September 2019 to March 2020 was seconded in the global litigation and Italian criminal advice proceedings and investigations group of a major financial institution. He has authored several articles on banking, corporate and bankruptcy law, which have been published in Italian primary law reviews and is also active on the blog Cleary Enforcement Watch. In November 2024, he was elected partner in the firm.
