About Mauro Beraldi

Mauro Beraldi joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2022 and his practice focuses primarily on Italian and European administrative law. He is routinely involved in proceedings before the Italian administrative courts, the European Court of Justice and the national regulatory authorities. Mauro’s work spans Italian and EU competition law, public procurement, public-private partnerships, infrastructure and environmental law, concessions, regulation of network industries, and public-private companies. He also has a strong track record in handling special procedures for the delivery of projects and infrastructure of strategic national importance.
