About Nicole Puppieni

Nicole Puppieni advises international and Italian corporate clients and investment banks on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, public M&A, IPOs and other capital markets transactions (including private and public equity and debt offerings), corporate governance and securities regulatory issues. She is recognised as an Associate to Watch for Capital Markets: Equity in Italy by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe. Nicole joined Cleary in 2006 and was based in the New York office from September 2009 to July 2010. She is a member of the Milan and New York Bars.
