About Riccardo Molè

Riccardo Molè focuses on EU and Italian competition law. Riccardo advises clients in relation to proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission concerning cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, abuses of dominant position and merger control, as well as in appeal court proceedings and in the context of civil actions for damages. Riccardo joined the firm as a stagiaire in 2016 and became an associate in 2019. He is a member of the Milan Bar.
