About John Neway Herrman

John Neway Herrman is a partner with Delphi’s tech and IP practice in Stockholm. John has a special focus within the areas of commercial contract law, tech and outsourcing, and co-heads Delphi’s fintech practice. In his areas of expertise, he advises clients in regard to outsourcing deals and other tech and IT-related contracts. John regularly represents banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and other regulated entities in regard to various regulatory frameworks such as DORA, PSD2 and guidelines from the EBA and EIOPA.
