About Christopher Cole

Christopher Cole is a partner at the firm and has practiced labour and employment matters since 1992. He has defended Hawaii employers in numerous litigation cases involving allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, race, sex, disability, sexual orientation, age and pregnancy discrimination, whistle-blowing, trade secret/non-compete agreement enforcement, wage and hour laws, and executive contracts. Mr Cole is also experienced in labour arbitration, mediation, workplace investigations, FLSA compliance audits, workplace violence, drug-testing policies, EEO training, whistle-blower proceedings, workers compensation rate litigation, unemployment insurance appeals, employment contracts, separation agreements, ADA confidentiality, and employee discipline and discharge. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section, and Labor & Employment Section) and of the Worklaw Network.
