Mr Cole is also experienced in labour arbitration, mediation, workplace investigations, FLSA compliance audits, workplace violence, drug-testing policies, EEO training, whistle-blower proceedings, workers compensation rate litigation, unemployment insurance appeals, employment contracts, separation agreements, ADA confidentiality, and employee discipline and discharge.
