About Andrius Ivanauskas

Andrius Ivanauskas has been in legal practice for over 18 years ago and is a widely regarded private equity, venture capital and general M&A lawyer. He has been instrumental in the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, having been a board member and the Chairman of its Legal Committee. He continues to actively support the Association on various legislative initiatives, including the recent redrafting of the Lithuanian Law on Companies. Andrius is known as a go-to lawyer for private equity/venture capital funds formation and transactions, as well as general M&A work. In 2022, Andrius joined WALLESS Law Firm.
