About Amanda Billoch-Vázquez

Amanda Billoch-Vázquez is a member of PMA’s corporate practice group, whose practice focuses on M&A, PPPs, public finance, corporate finance and corporate and commercial law. She has experience in working on large-scale and complex projects, including high-profile transactions. Amanda has participated in major M&A transactions, and has been involved in the largest PPPs in Puerto Rico. She has also been active in public finance, representing local issuers and underwriters in the public issuance of billions of dollars in securities. Amanda received a BA from Tufts University and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
