About Antonio J Santos

Antonio J Santos is a founding member of Pietrantoni Méndez & Alvarez LLC and a partner in the firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups, where his practice covers a broad range of matters concerning commercial and corporate law. He advises clients on all aspects of real estate finance, including investment and development transactions, syndicated deals, representing borrowers and lenders, and all other real estate aspects of debt origination, refinancing and restructuring. Antonio has experience in dealing with all real estate sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, industrial, retail and commercial. He has also provided advice to clients regarding the development of residential and commercial real estate projects in Puerto Rico.
