About Antonio Santos

Antonio Santos is a founding member of Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez and a partner in the firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups, where his practice covers a broad range of commercial and corporate law matters. He advises clients on all aspects of real estate finance, including investment and development transactions, syndicated deals and all other real estate aspects of debt origination, refinancing and restructuring. Antonio has extensive experience across all real estate sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, industrial, retail and commercial. He has also advised clients on the development of residential and commercial real estate projects in Puerto Rico.
