About Donald Hull

Donald Hull is a counsel in Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez’s corporate group, where his practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on real estate development and bank financing, and retail, hotel and office development. His clients are developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants, including several leading national retailers that have established operations in Puerto Rico. He has represented lenders and borrowers in loan transactions involving leveraged buyouts, project finance, real estate acquisitions, construction finance, and workouts and restructurings. Donald also works extensively with many leading international law firms as special local counsel on transactions originating outside Puerto Rico.
