Dianette Rivera-Melendez
is a member of PMA’s tax department and advises clients on various tax matters, including Puerto Rican and federal income taxation, corporate and partnership taxation, and other local tax matters such as estate taxes, property taxes, municipal licence taxes, sales and use taxes and value added taxes. Dianette received a BA in accounting and finance from the University of Puerto Rico, a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.
